Wedding Planning
• Initial Consultation
• Vendor Referrals
• Review all vendor contracts (if any) and confirmation of vendor services upon appointment
• Follow up with vendors throughout the planning phases of your wedding
• Confirmation on behalf of client's in reserving date, time and location of wedding day and rehearsal services, if applicable
• Assisting in development of wedding day itinerary of final details such as :-
- All vendor information
- Detailed program flow
- Guest list & Seating charts
- Timeline for the couples from commencement of services till actual day
- Wedding Budget
Actual Day Coordination
• Coordination services on the wedding day up to 8 hours
• Development of wedding day program flow for associated helpers and vendors only
• Provision of complete wedding emergency kit
• Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors and the wedding party
• Responsibility of Destinos Wedding Planner on actual day will include :-
- Ensure event flow running smoothly according to agreed itinerary
- Coordination of all vendors assigned
- Dealing with any problems or issues that may arise
- Assisting in settling outstanding balance
